🚲 What a brilliant day out! 💜

We had an amazing time with Granite Way Cycle Hire, trying out a fantastic mix of bikes — e-bikes, trikes and even a tag-along!

A huge thank you to Ian and the whole team for making sure everyone had a bike suited to them. They dedicated so much time to each individual, making sure everyone felt comfortable, confident and able to enjoy the experience.

It was fantastic seeing everyone getting stuck in, building confidence and, most importantly, having a great time! 🙌

Safe to say, everyone is already eager to do it again! 😄🚲

Thank you, @granite.way.cycles for such a welcoming and supportive experience. 💜🌳

Steam trains and boats, what an adventurous day at @dartmouth_steam_railway

There’s nothing we love more than a bit of travel training, so why not travel in style!

Turns out we have a few shredders in our gang! 🌊🏄‍♂️

What a wicked day with @adsurf.uk in Bude!

A massive thank you to the incredible team of instructors and volunteers who made the whole experience such a good one. Their adaptable, encouraging and supportive approach meant everyone could get involved, have a go and enjoy surfing at their own pace.

There were definitely a few nerves and worries to begin with, but it didn’t take long before they were replaced with huge smiles, confidence and a real sense of achievement. Watching everyone push themselves, overcome those initial fears and come away genuinely proud of what they’d accomplished is exactly what days like this are all about. 🤙🏼

Safe to say, everyone is already keen to get back in the water!

A brilliant organisation, run by brilliant people, making surfing accessible to everyone. We couldn’t recommend AdSurf enough.

Thank you for having the Oke Tree crew — we’ll definitely be seeing you again! ❤️

Well done Jen! 🎉🎉

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.

The Oke Tree Network supports disabled and vulnerable people in the community of Okehampton. Many of us have our own experiences of cancer.
One of the ladies we support, Jennifer, was the inspiration for joining the race for life this year as she has her own personal experiences which have impacted her and her family.

One thing we love about our holidays at Oke Tree Network is that they’re not just about going away, they’re about building confidence, independence, life skills and making memories together along the way. 🌿

Before heading out for a big day at Alton Towers, we planned our meals for the trip and completed a full grocery shop together. From there we book into our accommodation and we start the cooking sessions where everyone had the chance to prepare their own meals with support where needed. It’s a brilliant way to encourage independence, decision making and important everyday life skills 🤌🏻🍝

We also made packed lunches together ready for our adventure days out, helping everyone get involved in the preparation and organisation side of travelling and holidays. Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper holiday without eating out too, so we made sure to enjoy a meal out together as part of the trip 🍔🍟

Then came the fun part… an action-packed day at Alton Towers chasing the biggest, fastest and most exciting rides we could get our hands on 🎢🔥

Trips like these are such an amazing way to combine independence, friendship, life experience and a whole lot of fun into one unforgettable adventure.

Huge achievement for our friend @hannahstevens72 this week 🥳

Over the past 5 years, Hannah has been navigating multiple health challenges which meant stepping away from many of the things she once loved.

But through her determination — and with the support of our amazing team — she’s back in the pool and smashing out lengths again!

We couldn’t be prouder. Here’s to many more, Hannah 💪

Huge thanks to the crew at @barnclimbingcentre 🧗‍♂️

Climbing is something we’ve been getting more and more into over the last couple of years, so it was brilliant to spend some time with the amazing team at The Barn and sharpen up our skills 🤝

See you at El Capitan 😉

London, or as our nanny Margaret would say “LANDON”

We expected nothing less from Landon. Dinosaurs, dungeons, doughnuts and the Landon eye. We always see something new when we visit and are yet to be disappointed.
Well done to our adventurers powering through all the miles and craziness that comes with the Landon experience. Until next time ❤️

Some of our friends wanted to see some Dinosaurs, so we visited @jurassicworldexperience in London!🦖

What an amazing experience to be up close and personal with some of the most extrodinary creatures to have walk the earth. Thankfully we made it out safely, but it was a close call!
